TRUST & SAFETY

Home cleaning can continue providing the person carrying out the work has no symptoms and that no one in their house hold is self isolating.

We cannot provide any cleaning services to clients who have any Covid-19 symptoms or self isolating.

 

Cleaners must follow government guidance at all times which includes:-

 

Social distancing from clients

Face masks must be worn (unless exempt)

Cleaners must not take anyone (including children) with them to a clean

 

All our cleaners at Cleaner Wrasse will follow detailed cleaning & safety guidelines which include :-

 

Thoroughly washing their hands before, during & after there cleans

Wearing a face mask

Open windows when possible for ventilation

Paying special attention to highly touched areas

Use disposable or machine washable gloves

Washing cleaning equipment at high temperate after every use

 

If something is not done to your expectations, please let us know. We’ll send a cleaner out to make it right (within a 7-day window). If after our re-clean is completed and you’re still not happy with the service, we offer a full refund.

If you’re not content with your cleaning, we will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window). If you still don’t think we did a good enough job to recommend us to your friends, we’ll refund your money.

Yes, they do. We run a detailed nationwide background check on all applicants as the last step in our pre-screening process.

We have three levels of security in place. First off our booking page is protected by extended validation SSL. Secondly, our booking form has it’s own layer of 256 bit security. Third, credit card transactions are processed by stripe and is layered on their own 256 security protocol. In addition, no credit card numbers are stored in our system (only a token that allows us to charge the card). Rest assured we take security very very seriously.

If something goes wrong we’re here to make it right. Please let us know right away and we’ll be there to take care of it. That’s our promise to you!

All of our team are interviewed and pass a nationwide detailed background check. Only about 10% of the people that apply end up working as a Cleaner Wrasse certified cleaner.

PRICING & POLICIES

At Cleaner Wrasse we pride ourselves on your customer satisfaction. If you are happy with the exceptional work one of our cleaners has done and would like to leave them a tip then you are more than welcome.

If you let us know at the end of your clean (by phone or email) that you wish to tip your cleaner and how much we will add it to your booking amount. This will then be sent straight to your cleaner.

Our cleaners receive 100% of their tips.

This privacy policy  describes how we collect and use your personal information during and after your use of Cleaner Wrasse Ltd. This in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

  • Our service provider who provide us with assistance in delivering the cleaning services
  • Our Cleaners who will be carrying out the contracted cleaning jobs. Our cleaners will have signed a Confidentiality agreement.

How long will you use my information for?

We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal data.

Absolutely. Simply enter your coupon (giftcard) code into the booking form as you are creating your booking. Your final price will automatically change to reflect your coupon balance. At any time you can log into your account and see the balance on any giftcards you have.

Simply log into your account and all your credit information will be on file!

You can apply a coupon to a future appointment by logging into your account and clicking your name in the top right hand corner. You can then select “redeem voucher” and enter your code. The system will automatically apply the code to your next appointment.

Yes, we provide all cleaning supplies, products and equipment, unless there is a specific request for a certain service.

We price based on the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. Select the number and the price is shown instantly on the website.

Standard cleaning takes into account everything that involves cleaning a home or apartment. Cleaning/vacuuming floors, cleaning bathrooms, kitchen, living room, dusting, etc. We do offer extra services like cleaning inside the fridge and inside the oven, and those can be selected on the booking form when you select service.

We provide services for all of Buckinghamshire & Bedfordshire including Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, High Wycombe, Beaconsfield, Dunstable and Gerrards Cross

When you book a service an account is automatically created for you. You will receive details to login to your customer portal where you can keep track of your cleaning schedule and payments.

Hourly Organizing

Organizing, closets, cabinets and drawers, clothes and linens, de-cluttering, and light unpacking. $45/hr/cleaner, so if you choose 1 hour and we send 2 cleaners, that will give them 30 minutes of Organizing time.

Pet Hair Removal

Pets are awesome, but messy! This extra provides extra time to remove pet hair from floors and carpets. Does not apply to Upholstery (please see our Services page for more information).

Load of Laundry

Wash, Dry, and Fold. Please communicate specific garment needs on the day of your service.

Dishes

Wash dishes and silverware (per sink-full). Due to the danger of breaking items, we do not put dishes away, but will load clean dishes into the dishwasher.

 

For this service, we provide a solution for any requests a client may have, including extras that usually would be considered add-ons. 3-hour minimum
